Vacuum Cleaning Equipment

Product Description
The regulating pond equipped with a vacuum flushing system consists of a storage chamber, a rainwater storage area, and a flushing water discharge area. Depending on the pond design, one or more storage chambers can be set up within a single regulating pond, which can be controlled by a single vacuum extraction system while maintaining independent operation.
Operating Principle
The vacuum flushing system consists of a storage chamber, a vacuum diaphragm valve, a vacuum pump, and an electric control system. When the level monitoring system detects an increase in water level within the regulating reservoir, the control system closes the vacuum diaphragm valve and starts the vacuum pump to evacuate the storage chamber, achieving the flushing level. At this point, the vacuum pump shuts off, and the water head in the storage chamber maintains this height for an extended period. Upon detection of the reservoir being emptied, the control system opens the vacuum diaphragm valve. The vacuum in the storage chamber is broken, and the flushing water is expelled from the storage chamber, providing an effective flush of the reservoir's bottom.
