Air freight imports: According to the client's instructions, prior to shipment abroad, the overseas agent will send the air waybill, flight number, number of pieces, weight, product name, actual recipient, and other addresses, contact numbers, etc., to the destination agent. The agent also assists the client in reviewing various lists and documents provided by the client; prepares various documents; handles booking, customs clearance, and the domestic import customs clearance, taxation, transit, and delivery services.

Import Air Freight Operation Process

1. Accept Orders

Provide goods information: item name, quantity, weight, carton size, destination port, recipient's name, address, phone number, shipment time, shipper's name, phone number, address, prepare the consignment note to the freight forwarder.

2. Handover Document/Goods

Upon arrival of air cargo, related documents are also received at random. Freight forwarders declare to customs based on the relevant information.

3. Inventory Handling & Storage

Upon delivery to the designated station, the freight forwarder will create a master label and separate labels, marked with the airway bill number, and affix them to the goods for easy identification by the shipper, consignee, freight forwarder, station, customs, airline, inspection authority, and recipient.

4. Pick-up

Upon completion of customs and inspection procedures, the shipper must present an import delivery order stamped with the customs release seal, animal and plant quarantine seal, and health quarantine inspection seal to the designated bonded warehouse for payment and pick-up, or the freight forwarding company can arrange delivery to the specified location based on the client's requirements.
