Shipper pays destination duties and taxes To further facilitate the export process of express shipments, DHL can arrange for the sender or a third party to pay for the duties, taxes, and other customs fees incurred at the destination, thereby relieving the recipient of these costs. Payment can be settled with the sender or third party as long as the sender requests that the duties, taxes, or other customs fees be paid outside of the destination country or region.
Special Pickup and Delivery: If you require shipping or delivery of non-standard goods, we can arrange for a dedicated vehicle for pickup or delivery.
We recommend you purchase high-value or personal goods coverage for express shipments, ensuring protection against potential loss or damage. Additionally, you can purchase express value coverage based on the goods' value for enhanced peace of mind.

The DHL Express Wuxi Port Opening Ceremony was held at Suzhou Shuofang International Airport on December 28. The regional director of DHL Express in Jiangsu said, "The DHL Express Wuxi Port is a new important node in the company's service network layout in the Yangtze River Delta region. As one of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Wuxi has launched a series of supportive measures in recent years to continuously optimize the business environment, promote industrial upgrading and transformation, and drive the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce. The city has also vigorously developed hub economy, focusing on building Suzhou Shuofang International Airport into a regional hub airport. Recognizing this, the company has chosen to invest in the construction of logistics infrastructure here and has opened direct freight flights to Europe, committed to providing local enterprises with comprehensive aviation logistics services to facilitate their international market expansion."
