Quartzite (also known as ground stone) is a concrete product made by mixing aggregates such as crushed stone, glass, and quartz with cementitious binder, followed by surface grinding and polishing. Quartzite made with cementitious binder is called inorganic quartzite, while that made with epoxy binder is also known as epoxy quartzite or organic quartzite. Quartzite is further categorized based on the construction method, into on-site cast quartzite and precast panel quartzite flooring.
