JY-X Type concrete repair mortar is a single-component cement-based polymer repair mortar primarily used for repairing and reinforcing surface defects in concrete structures, featuring high strength, adhesion, crack resistance, and waterproofing properties.

Usage Instructions
1. The JY-X concrete repair mortar can be used for overall repair and protective coatings on concrete, brick, stone, or steel structures. During the mortar application, the base surface must be clean, dust-free, oil-free, and free of any chemical corrosion residue. The surface of porous materials should be pre-wetted with water, and the steel base surface should be free of rust.
2. JY-X Concrete Repair Mortar application temperature is easily between 10-60°C, and should not be lower than 5°C. Raw materials should be stored separately and must be protected from dampness, rain, sunlight, and contamination by debris.
3. Formulation of JY-X Concrete Repair Mortar:
JY-X is directly mixed with water, with a water ratio of approximately 14%. The mortar can be mixed mechanically or manually, and the mixed mortar should be used up within 1 hour.
4. Mortar Application and Maintenance:
When using JY-X concrete patching mortar for the overall surface layer, the thickness should not be less than 3mm. When a large area is to be paved in one go, construction joints or staggered paving should be left. Each section should not exceed 10-15 m², depending on the on-site environment. When temperatures exceed 30℃ C, grouting in the channels should be performed at night. Typical Applications:
Patch mortar is primarily used for repairing surface damages such as hollows, honeycombs, cracks, spalling, and exposed steel reinforcement in concrete structures, to restore their excellent service performance.
The patching mortar can also be used as a leveling mortar for carbon fiber reinforcement, high-performance masonry mortar, and as a protective leveling mortar for structural reinforcement with steel strand wire suitable for buildings.
The patching mortar is enhanced with various high molecular polymer modifiers, adhesive powders, and crack-resistant fibers. Consequently, it boasts excellent workability, adhesion, impermeability, resistance to spalling, frost-thaw resistance, carbonation resistance, crack resistance, and corrosion inhibition for reinforcement steel, along with high strength.

1. Easy Construction: Offers good workability and ease of use. No vibration is required during construction; simply add water and mix on-site for use.
2. Early and high strength: The compressive strength can reach 20Mpa in 2 hours, enabling the maximum acceleration of project progress.
3. Strong Water Permeation Resistance: Features excellent water permeation resistance, with a water pressure resistance of 1.7Mpa, making it impermeable; meets the requirements of P16 concrete for water permeation resistance.
4. Excellent bonding properties: Bonding strength with new and old concrete exceeds 2.5 Mpa, ensuring a tight bond between the high-strength concrete repair mortar and the repaired base.
5. Suitable for winter construction: The polymer patching mortar permits outdoor construction for repairing the facades, horizontal surfaces, and roof surfaces of concrete structures when the ambient temperature is above -5°C.
