Product Introduction

Electricity quality refers to the quality of alternating current electricity supplied to the user end through the public power grid. In layman's terms, it's about the good or bad condition of the electricity in the power grid lines. Electricity quality issues are mainly caused by the terminal load side. For example, impulse reactive loads can cause drastic fluctuations in grid voltage, thus reducing the quality of supply.

With the development of power electronics technology, it has brought the positive aspects of energy conservation and transformation to modern industry. However, the extensive application of power electronic devices in various industries has also caused more severe damage to power quality, making them the main source of harmonic pollution in power grids.

The increasing use of rectifiers, variable frequency drives, arc furnaces, electrified railways, and various power electronic devices in the distribution networks at each user end of the power grid is causing impact or so-called power pollution to the electrical grid. This leads to voltage instability, overvoltage, and the generation of harmonics. Harmonics reduce the efficiency of electricity production, transmission, and utilization, causing overheating of electrical equipment, vibration, noise, and insulation aging, shortening lifespan, and potentially leading to malfunctions or damage.
