Product Description
The LD70-SF6 Gas Leak Online Monitoring and Alarm System is primarily composed of three parts: the transmitter, the system host, and peripheral equipment. The transmitter is responsible for collecting on-site environmental data from the SF6 distribution substation, performing A/D conversion, and transmitting it to the system host. The system host analyzes, compares, and judges the collected data and runs the corresponding processing programs. Peripheral equipment includes alarm devices, ventilation equipment, and external monitoring systems, all of which are controlled by the system host.
When there is a change in the SF6 gas concentration or oxygen content in the environment, the SF6 gas transmitter can immediately detect this change and convert the detected change data into a digital signal, which is transmitted to the system host via the RS-485 fieldbus. The system host displays the collected data from the transmitter on the screen and, on the other hand, compares it with various inherent parameters stored in the host's memory through calculation and analysis, making a judgment on whether the data exceeds the limit. When the SF6 concentration exceeds the alarm setpoint (usually 1000ppm) or the oxygen content is below the alarm setpoint of 18%, the system host will automatically initiate an audible and visual alarm, start the fan for ventilation, and transmit an alarm signal to the remote control.
