The LDGK-VI High-Voltage Switching System is designed for磨合 testing of circuit breakers (high-voltage switches) and contactors (only with the closing coil). The system utilizes mature industrial computers, Windows 10 Professional software, a 500G hard drive, massive data storage, a 15-inch touch screen, and comes with a mouse and keyboard for operation. The user-friendly interface features intuitive parameter settings and simple operation. The modular integrated design allows for the磨合 of up to 6 units (expandable to 8), with each unit capable of independent operation without the need for a host computer. It employs newly developed switch-mode power supplies, which are lightweight, and import high-power IGBT control, ensuring fast response to high and low voltage conversions, precise voltage output, and significantly improved work efficiency. It overcomes the shortcomings of previous systems that used time relays for磨合, which had poor control capabilities and were prone to burning out the opening and closing coils. It effectively protects the integrity of high-voltage switches. It also solves issues with heavy frequency transformers, slow voltage adjustment during different voltage outputs, large voltage errors, and insufficient power at low voltages, making it impossible to open or close.

Operation Function: Capable of performing aging tests such as single-to-separate, single-to-combine, combine-to-separate, separate-to-combine, and separate-to-combine-to-separate, based on pre-set parameters.
◆ Memory function: If the switch has not reached the set number of aging cycles and is interrupted due to a power outage or other faults, the next test can resume from the last breakpoint or start anew (reset and zero).
◆ Split and merge intervals can be set, with a range of 1-999 seconds.
Split and merge output timing can be set, with a fixed range of 10-1000 milliseconds.
Each work station's power supply is independent, allowing for the simultaneous setting of three different voltages for closing, opening, and energy storage磨合 (low-voltage aging).
Alarm for sound mismatch and separation, stop motion, with option to set number of allowable errors before stopping.
