Wide Application: The GKC-G3 circuit breaker dynamic characteristic tester is suitable for SF6 switches, GIS integrated equipment, vacuum switches, oil switches, vacuum contactors, and special circuit breakers (such as train circuit breakers) produced both domestically and internationally. It can test 12 metal contact gaps, 6 main gaps, and 6 auxiliary gaps, providing key data and waveforms including time, bounce次数, speed, coil current, and resistance. Additionally, it features energy storage, automatic and manual low bounce tests, circuit breaker life tests, and optional features such as lockout power supply and dry contact control. Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer for quick on-site printing of test results.

Portable Power Design: The GKC-G3 circuit breaker dynamic characteristic tester is built with an internal operation power supply, eliminating the need for additional on-site power. It provides an adjustable DC power supply of 20~270V, with a MAX current of 20A, and features short-circuit protection. In the event of a short circuit, the voltage and current output will automatically cease within 1 millisecond, accompanied by an alarm alert. The unique dual-circuit power design ensures that even if one circuit is damaged, the other can still conduct closing and opening tests.
Flexible sensor configuration: Equipped with linear sensors and rotary sensors, as well as dedicated multi-functional fixed connectors, installation is extremely simple. Linear sensors support adjustable lengths from 30-1000mm, with no need for factory programming changes; simply replace the corresponding sensor.
Data Storage and Transmission: The host can store up to 100 sets of test data and is equipped with a real-time clock for easy data archiving. A USB port is provided for convenient data transfer to a computer for further analysis, saving, and printing. Also supports online computer operation (optional feature).
