The LDZGF split-type DC high-voltage generator employs a high-frequency voltage-doubling circuit and utilizes the new PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology with closed-loop adjustment. It incorporates large voltage feedback, significantly enhancing voltage stability. It uses high-performance IGBT devices and driving technology from BEST and, according to electromagnetic compatibility theory, implements special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures. This ensures the DC high-voltage generator achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharges without damage. It features high output power in a compact size, with reliable overvoltage, overcurrent, and zero-sequence closing protection functions, and includes a 0.75x voltage switching feature. High precision and accurate measurement. The voltage meter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load sample, no external voltage divider is required during use, and wiring is simple. The instrument measures leakage current at both high and low voltage ends, with the high voltage end using a circular shielded digital meter for display, which is not afraid of discharge surges and has good anti-interference performance, suitable for field use.
Voltage regulation has high stability, smooth voltage adjustment over the full range, and the output voltage regulation uses an imported single multi-turn potentiometer, ensuring a steady boosting process and high adjustment precision.
Negative polarity output, zero start, continuous adjustable, with overvoltage, overcurrent, zero return, grounding protection, and unique wire break protection functions. The automatic protection circuit is strong and reliable, ensuring safe operation.
