Abstract
The PJZJM miniature pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve features a top-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It boasts compact design, light weight, sensitive operation, an S-shaped streamline fluid passage, minimal pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, flow characteristics, and easy assembly and disassembly. It is widely used in controlling process parameters of media such as gases and liquids, such as pressure, flow rate, and liquid level, to maintain the set values. Particularly suitable for applications that allow minimal leakage and where the pressure difference before and after the valve is not significant.
Product Introduction
I. Overview
PJZJM Miniature Pneumatic Diaphragm CylinderAdjustable ValveUtilizing a top-guided structure with a multi-spring actuator. Features include compact design, lightweight, sensitive operation, S-shaped streamlined fluid channels, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, easy assembly and disassembly. Widely applied in precise control processes for gases, liquids, and other media, such as maintaining pressure, flow rate, and liquid level at a given value. Particularly suitable for applications that allow minimal leakage and where the pressure difference before and after the valve is not significant.
This series includes standard, adjustable cut-off, bellows-sealed, and jacket-insulated types, among others. The nominal pressure classes are PN16, 40, and 64; with nominal pipe sizes ranging from DN20 to 350. The applicable liquid temperatures vary from -200°C to +560°C across multiple grades. Leakage standards are available in levels IV or VI, with flow characteristics being linear or equal percentage. A wide range of specifications is available for selection.
