Working Principle:

This equipment is designed by absorbing the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets. Utilizing the unequal length of the two cylindrical drums in the mixer, which creates an asymmetry, as the mixer rotates, materials are decomposed to recombine and vice versa. Due to the varying material planes, there is also a lateral force, which promotes lateral exchange of materials. Approximately 25% of the materials are pushed from one drum to another with each rotation, resulting in a lateral radial mixing of the materials, with decomposition and recombination occurring simultaneously, achieving an extremely uniform mixing effect.
