The Conical Screw Blender is an innovative model developed by Wuxi Chenli, integrating the advanced designs of several renowned European and American blending machine manufacturers. The DSH series blenders utilize a composite impeller structure with both screws and belts, achieving excellent blending results.
Compared to the VSH series of cone mixing machines, the DSH series - cone screw mixing machine features no driving components within the cylinder. With a conical vertical cylinder and bottom discharge structure, it ensures zero residue within the cylinder, meeting the ultra-high hygiene requirements for food and pharmaceutical grade (cGMP standard) mixing production. For this reason, it is also referred to as the "Cone Hygiene" mixer by customers.
