


Product Introduction:
Horizontal screw blade mixers are widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and building materials. They are suitable for processes involving the mixing of powders with powders, addition of a small amount of liquid to powders, and mixing of powders with granules.
The mixer features a main shaft with two layers of helical blades winding in opposite directions, which, powered by the motor, rapidly blends the materials. This equipment boasts excellent uniform mixing capabilities, high production efficiency, and a low failure rate. It is a batch-type mixer, and the appropriate equipment model is selected based on the amount of material processed per batch.
Operating Principle:
The horizontal helical blade mixer is primarily composed of the mixing chamber, agitator, and drive unit. Inside the U-shaped tube chamber, there's an agitator shaft with double-helix blades, one layer rotating in one direction and the other in the opposite direction. Driven by power, the external spiral blades push the material from the ends of the U-shaped chamber towards the center, while the internal spiral blades push the material from the center to the ends, creating a convectional mixing effect.
The horizontal cylinder bottom of the mixer features a discharge port in the center, with the outer spiral belt's helical structure rotating in sync with the main shaft to push the material inside the cylinder wall towards the central discharge port, ensuring there are no dead corners in the cylinder material discharge.
Batch processing capacity: 0.1 to 20 cubic meters
Each batch processes materials from 0.3 to 15 tons.
Mixing time is 3~15 minutes.
Equipment material can be 316L, 321, 304, carbon steel
