


Product Introduction:
Horizontal screw blade mixers are widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and construction materials. They are suitable for processes such as blending powders with powders, adding a small amount of liquid to powder blends, and blending powders with granules.
The internal main shaft of the mixer is wrapped with two helical strips in different directions, which, under the power drive, quickly blend the materials. This equipment boasts excellent uniform mixing capability, high production efficiency, and a low failure rate. It is a batch-type mixer, and the appropriate equipment model is selected based on the amount of material processed per batch.
Working Principle:
The horizontal ribbon mixer is basically composed of a mixing tank, a stirrer, and a driving unit. The stirrer shaft, installed inside the U-shaped tube tank, features double-helix ribbon blades winding in opposite directions. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by the drive, pushes the material from the ends of the U-shaped tank towards the center due to its winding pattern and rotational direction. Meanwhile, the inner spiral ribbon moves the material from the center towards the ends, creating a convective mixing effect.
The horizontal cylinder bottom of the mixer features a discharge port in the center. The helical structure of the outer spiral belt, aligned with the rotation direction of the main shaft, drives the material inside the cylinder wall towards the central discharge port, ensuring there are no dead corners in the discharge of the cylinder's contents.
Batch processing capacity: 0.1 to 20 cubic meters
Each batch processes materials from 0.3 to 15 tons.
Mixing time is 3 to 15 minutes.
Material for the equipment can be 316L, 321, 304, carbon steel
