
Product Introduction:
Two-dimensional mixer, also known as the two-dimensional motion mixer, as the name implies, refers to a mixer where the drum can move in two directions simultaneously. The two movement directions are the rotation of the drum and the swing of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed materials, while rotating, flipping, and mixing within the drum, also undergo back-and-forth blending movements due to the drum's swing. Under the combined action of these two movements, the materials are thoroughly mixed in a short period of time.
Working Principle:
The two-dimensional mixer is composed of three major parts: the drum, the swinging frame, and the frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially located by two stop wheels. Among the four support wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swinging frame is supported by a bearing assembly on the frame, allowing the drum to rotate while also participating in swinging, thus ensuring thorough mixing of the material inside the drum. 1. The second rotation employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or worm gear reducer. Compared to traditional mixers, it has no material accumulation at the bottom, is non-polluting, and easy to clean, fully complying with GMP requirements.
2. Under the combined action of the rotating and oscillating mechanisms, while the feeding cylinder rotates, it also oscillates, ensuring thorough mixing of the material inside.
3. The equipment is configurable with an automatic vacuum feeding machine and interface, facilitating material feeding and shortening operation time. High efficiency, low cost.
4. 2D Motion Mixer: Simple structure, low failure rate, stable operation, safe operation, noiseless, easy to clean, compliant with GMP requirements.
5. Significantly smaller in volume compared to standard, occupying less floor space, and packed with powerful functions.
