Product Introduction
1. Embedded loose terminal, also known as embedded drainage terminal, is composed of a terminal and a round steel after heat welding. The copper terminal surface and bolt holes should have nylon or plastic bolt protective measures to prevent other impurities on the surface of copper terminals during civil construction, or entering the bolt holes, from affecting their conductivity and connection.
2. The surface of the embedded terminal should be flush with the structural wall, and appropriate measures should be taken during construction to prevent the upper surface of the entering terminal from being submerged in concrete. The length of the round steel or other materials焊接 beneath the copper terminal should be adjusted according to the actual track structure, but it cannot be less than five times the diameter of the double-sided weld reinforcing bar.
3. Terminal copper content must not be less than 98%, copper terminals are manufactured by forging process, the resistance value at the connection between copper terminals and round steel should be less than 30μΩ, and the welding area between copper terminals and lower material should not be less than 800m㎡.
4. Perform spot checks on the resistance values at the welding joints using a micro-resistance tester upon factory shipment.
