Shanghai Fluidizer Price - Manufacturer - Supplier - How Much - Quotation [Shanghai Baiken Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.]
1.Fluidizer definitionThe fluidizer is supplied by Solymer Inc. for the entire sales region, and Baiken Co. is an authorized dealer authorized by Solymer Inc. It serves as an aid for flowability during the discharge process of powdered materials.
2.Fluidizer arrangementThe fluidizer is installed at multiple points on the discharge cone, providing fluidization at various locations for the material, with flexible arrangement.3.Types of FluidizersMaterial silo fluidizer, hopper car fluidizer, with the material silo fluidizer being the primary product sold in China.
4.User's Guide for Material Storage Fluidizer(For example, using the Solimar fluidized bed reactor from the United States):
4.1.Application: The Solimar fluidizer design is aimed at assisting the flow of dry powdered products within flat or conical storage bins and hoppers. For standard equipment, installation conditions should be neutral pH and temperature below 350°F (170°C). The fluidizer operates effectively at moisture content less than 12-15%. Large particles such as gravel, feed, grains, and pellets cannot be aerated. Also, in cases where particles interlock, such as wood shavings, shredded plastic, or fiberglass, the fluidizer cannot achieve ideal results.
4.2. Material Selection: The U.S. Solymer material hopper fluidizer is available in various rod sizes and material options. We will provide detailed samples for your selection.
4.3. Positioning Criteria: Inflate at 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottom of the cone. The cone's angle should be at least 45° for the desired effect. On the curved surface, the installation diameter must be greater than 16” to ensure proper sealing (can be modified to meet stricter curvature requirements). The position of the fluidizer should be 12”-18” away from the discharge opening. Each row should have enough devices to meet the 20”-24” spacing requirements. The next row of devices should be staggered in position to achieve full coverage. The spacing between higher-positioned fluidizers can be increased. If you need assistance with the positioning of fluidizers in bins or hoppers, please contact Baiken Company, the China distributor of Solymer USA.
4.4. Installation Instructions: During the standard installation of the hopper fluidizer, we require that through holes be drilled or cut in the hopper wall without the need for welding or threaded assembly. By using an external installation kit, we can achieve the installation and maintenance of the hopper fluidizer from the outside of the hopper. This feature is particularly useful in situations where space is limited or access to the interior of the process hopper is restricted.
4.5. Air Distribution:
Please contact Baiken Co. for detailed information.
4.6.Air Consumption: Pulsed air flow saves air and reduces the chance of forming air pockets or grooves. Each product and application has its uniqueness, but typically, the pulse sequence is 2-3 seconds on and 7-10 seconds off. The air consumption in the application can be calculated as follows: CFM x Number of Fluidizers x Total On Time (seconds)/minute x 1 minute/60 seconds = Required Total CFM
4.7. Maintenance Recommendations: The American Solymer material silo fluidizer requires minimal maintenance. However, regular visual inspections should be conducted to check for wear. An annual check-up should include the following:
1) Inspect the wear condition of the fluidizer disk. The fluidizing disk should be tightly pressed and sealed against the hopper wall. Check for uneven wear on the fluidizing disk. If one outer edge is no longer round, this indicates uneven airflow, and the fluidizing disk should be replaced.
2) Inspect to ensure no products are caked or hardened under the disk. These debris can be cleaned by disassembling the disk and rod assembly. Additionally, check to ensure the O-rings on the rod are not cracked or flattened.
3) When reinstalling the material storage fluidizer, ensure the nuts are tightened to the recommended 25 ft-lbs [35 Nm] torque.
