In the process of producing rare earth metals through molten salt electrolysis, companies aim to enhance product quality and consistency while further reducing energy consumption. Process requirements include: uniform feeding process; reduced reliance on operator experience; traceable material consumption; improved production environment; and digital production management. We utilize a loss-in-weight spiral feeder developed on the Siemens weighing technology platform, which, in its mechanical structure, weighing method, and design of the discharge system, fully considers the needs of the rare earth metal electrolytic smelting industry, ensuring reliable and uniform addition of materials as per process requirements.
