1. The overall structure is rational, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the quick assembly and factory shipment requirements. Upon delivery, the product is composed of three main parts: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipeline system. Both the main unit and the chimney sections have been fully manufactured in the factory. The pipeline valves and instruments for the main unit are pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply assemble the main unit and chimney. Connecting the gas, power, and water pipelines on-site allows for immediate testing. This significantly reduces the installation period while ensuring product quality.
2. Advanced design performance.
Henan Jingyu Boiler's main body features an integrated structure, with the burners mounted on the front smoke box cover, and the main body mainly arranged with heating surfaces and combustion chambers. It boasts a reasonable and compact design, low steel consumption, an offset corrugated furnace body, and uses a new lightweight thermal insulation material for the insulation layer. The outer packaging is made of colored thin plate, with the shape designed as a rectangular prism, making the boiler's performance, weight, structural dimensions, and exterior design significantly more advanced and aesthetically pleasing compared to domestically produced products of the same capacity.
The boiler water supply equipment is mounted on the boiler base to the right of the boiler, making it an integral part of the main unit, eliminating the need for an additional foundation.
