Henan Jingyu Thermal Energy SZL Coal-Fired Steam BoilerIntroduction
The Henan Jingyu SZL type assembled water tube steam boiler is a double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler. The boiler body consists of a vertically placed upper and lower drum and a convective tube bundle. On both sides of the combustion chamber are installed smooth tube water-cooled walls. The upper drum is equipped with a steam-water separator and a surface slag removal device, while the lower drum is fitted with a regular slag removal device. An economizer is arranged at the rear of the boiler. The combustion section uses a light-duty chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, equipped with a blower and an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and a spiral slag removal machine for automatic slag discharge.
Fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate, where it burns within the furnace chamber. After combustion, the flames refract upward through the arch and into the combustion residue chamber, then deflect into the convection tube bundle. The exhaust gases exit through the after flue and pass through a economizer and dust collector before being drawn up through the flue by the induced draft fan and released into the atmosphere through the chimney. The equipment is assembled for factory shipment, utilizing a lightweight chain grate for combustion, which is easy to operate and maintain. The combustion is stable with high thermal efficiency, and equipped with a dust collector, it meets national environmental protection standards.
Henan Jingyu Double Pot Drum Steam Boiler Performance Features
1. This boiler is divided into two major components for factory shipment: the upper section includes the boiler body and steel frame with the upper furnace wall, while the lower section comprises the coal hopper, chain grate, base steel frame, and lower furnace wall. All components except the intermediate partition wall, which is constructed on-site, are assembled and shipped from the factory.
2. The combustion section utilizes a lightweight chain grate with double-side air intake. Below the grate, there are six independent air chambers, equipped with adjusting mechanisms on both sides. Air is forced into the bottom of the base by a blower and enters the side channels, then flows through the adjusting mechanisms into the independent air chambers.
3. The upper furnace wall is assembled at the factory and shipped out, while the lower furnace wall and the front and rear arches are composed of refractory fireclay bricks, silicon fiber, and insulation materials. Fuel enters the furnace chamber through a coal feed hopper and burns through a coal gate; the ash of the burned coal falls into the slag outlet under the movement of the grate, and is discharged by a spiral slag removal machine.
4. The boiler is equipped with an electric control console, featuring a boiler thermal parameter display,鼓风机 and induced draft fan opening indicators, and remote control buttons for the electric actuators. The boiler feed water system utilizes an automatic water supply device and is equipped with an over-temperature alarm.
5. Suitable for low-grade anthracite with a gross calorific value of ≥ 17750 J/Kg, volatile matter of > 38.5%, and ash content of ≤ 32.4%.
