Henan Jingyu DZL Automatic Chain Grate Biomass Steam Boiler Introduction
The DZL horizontal automatic chain grate biomass steam boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube mixed boiler, equipped with a bundle of threaded smoke tubes inside the drum. The furnace has glass-lined water walls on both sides. Henan Jingyu uses a light-type chain grate for mechanical feeding, equipped with a blower and an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and a scraper-type slag removal machine for automatic slag removal. The boiler employs a new energy-saving technology arch on the front and rear arches. Fuel falls from the hopper onto the grate, enters the furnace for combustion, and the flame refracts upwards through the rear arch, passing through the smoke box on the side of the boiler body, then bends back into the drum tube bundle, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and is finally drawn through the flue and exhausted into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.

The combustion equipment is fully manufactured and installed at the factory, and can be directly installed on the foundation at the construction site upon arrival.
