The major advantage of Henan Jingyu DZH Horizontal Coal-Fired Boiler is the rational design of the water circulation loop. It employs a forced circulation method, overcoming the frequent start and stop caused by the unstable heat load of natural circulation boilers, and the risk of pipe explosion due to poor water quality. This ensures a safe circulation flow rate, prevents scaling on the furnace tubes, and guarantees the safe operation of the boiler.
All sheet material cutting is done with shearing machines, eliminating the drawback of heat-affected zones in previous cutting methods; the coil material is rolled using a large four-roll coiler for more reliable cylindrical processing quality; all drum welding is performed with submerged arc automatic welding, with non-destructive testing to continuously monitor welding quality. Additionally, our factory has over 20 sets of inspection equipment to ensure stable and reliable quality at all stages.
The steel pipes used in the container tubes are of national superior quality from Yantai or Changzhou Steel Pipe Factory, and the boiler tubes are produced by the Changzhou Steel Pipe Factory, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler. The various auxiliary equipment includes: the blast and induced draught fans are both low-noise and environmentally friendly models from Beijing Xishan, Jiangsu Yancheng, and Taian Ventilation Fan Factory; the water pumps are high-performance models from Shanghai Kaiquan and Weihai Shuanglun Jinan General; the reducer is a stepless variable speed reducer from Liyang, Jiangsu; other auxiliary equipment are all domestic products. The exterior design is reasonable, with necessary adjustments made based on the original imported drawings, making the appearance more aesthetic. The front furnace arch has been changed from hanging bricks to inclined bricks, enhancing the stability of the grate and ensuring more stable combustion.
Henan Jingyu Product Performance Advantages and Features
1. DZH New-Type Biomass Steam Boiler, featuring a longitudinal single furnace tube arrangement. The furnace has water-cooled walls on both sides, with the upper section welded to the drum and the lower section to the left and right headers. The rear arch is designed with a heat-exchange tube bundle within the space of the furnace tube, with the top of the bundle welded to the boiler and the bottom to each header, ensuring a compact structure.
2. The combustion within the furnace is reasonably organized, with a double-layer grate combustion chamber structure consisting of a pre-combustion chamber and an ash residue chamber. In this boiler design, the combustion chamber is divided into a pre-combustion chamber and an ash residue chamber, which enhances fuel combustion and reduces the amount of fly ash and combustible material. This improves the boiler's thermal efficiency and achieves environmental protection goals.
3. The design incorporates multiple smoke partition walls between the heat exchanger bundles to facilitate multiple smoke returns, which is beneficial for dust removal within the furnace. In this boiler design, multiple smoke partition walls are placed between the heat exchanger bundles to allow the smoke from the combustion chamber to enter the bundles and make multiple returns. During these returns, the smoke utilizes the dust in the smoke and the smoke partition walls, as well as the multiple impacts with the heat exchanger bundles, to form vortices. These vortices, along with the inertia force from the smoke and partition wall collisions, and the centrifugal force generated by the vortices, are employed for dust removal. This measure results in a very low initial dust emission concentration from the boiler, below the national environmental protection standards, thus contributing to reducing the pollution of the atmosphere by the boiler's smoke dust.

The boiler heat exchange system consists of the drum, left and right headers, and water-cooled walls. The main heating surfaces include the water-cooled walls of the furnace, as well as part of the drum and the convection tube bundles inside the drum.
This product is composed of five main parts at the factory: the boiler body, flue and air duct, dust collector, heat recycling system, and pipeline system. The first four parts are fully manufactured in the factory and can be transported to the installation site for assembly, significantly reducing the installation period and ensuring the quality of the product installation.
10. The drum is made from boiler-specific steel plates. The header boxes are made from seamless steel pipes.
11. Henan Jingyu Boiler's furnace arch is made of refractory concrete. The rear arch is low and long, ensuring good combustion. The flue channels on both sides and the side wall bricks are made of烧结refractory bricks. The front and rear walls of the boiler use general refractory bricks.
12. The grate is well-ventilated, with a larger combustion chamber and strong adaptability to coal types. Suitable for various bituminous or anthracite coal, as well as mixed coal. The combustion is complete. Due to the high-temperature flue gas first entering the sedimentation chamber, then flowing into the flue channels on both sides and the front smoke box, the effect of smoke and dust removal is excellent.
