Castings are made from high-grade, low-phosphorus, low-sulfur cast iron; the bed, workbench slide, wire feeding slide, and frame pillars all undergo secondary artificial and natural aging processes, significantly reducing the deformation coefficient of machine tools, ensuring structural stability and maintaining good precision retention.
2. The workbench XY guideways and wire feeding guideways use domestic linear guideways (*optional Taiwan Yin Tai linear guideways), while the tapered guideways are made of GCr15A bearing steel. After multiple stringent heat treatment processes (forging, isothermal annealing, rough machining, quenching, low-temperature tempering, rough grinding, aging treatment, and fine grinding), the structure is stable. The quenching hardness ensures it is between HRC54~58, guaranteeing the precision and wear resistance of the guideways.
3. Features of the ball screw include the use of a high-precision double nut ball screw from a domestic brand (Upload or North Fengshan), which boasts low friction, high accuracy, smooth movement, strong wear resistance, good precision retention, and a long service life.
4. The spool is made of seamless alloy steel tube and 40Cr quenched spindle, with dynamic balance inspection (unbalanced torque ≤ 0.5g.cm), hard chrome plating on the surface, assembled with double bearings on both sides, features wear and corrosion resistance, and minimal跳动 (≤0.01mm).
5. The silk winding spool transmission uses synchronous gears and toothed belts for smooth operation and low noise.
6. The XYUV drive on the workbench utilizes BF precision stepping motors, offering high torque and transmission accuracy.
