Section 6: Basic Structure of the Equipment
This series of machine tools combines the design philosophy of slow wire-EDM machines, featuring a full-support structure for the machine table (i.e., similar to a machining center's design), reinforced thickened design throughout the full travel, wide spacing of XY-axis support guide rails, and a fully enclosed protective cover. The XY-axis is equipped with Taiwan "Yintai" high-precision linear guide rails and Taiwan Yintai Precision Ball Screw Equipment, ensuring smooth movement, high rigidity, and high precision under high load conditions.
2. Machining casting parts are made of resin sand casting, with high-temperature annealing, ensuring permanent mechanical precision; resin sand casting boasts high strength and smooth surface; excellent breathability, wear resistance, and vibration damping properties.
3. The machine tool features Taiwan Yintai linear guides for the X, Y, U, V, and spindle axes, ensuring high precision and stability.

9. Our company utilizes a dedicated variable-frequency speed control motor. In terms of controlling the movement of the spool, it not only achieves 4-speed adjustments but also, more importantly, significantly enhances the service life of the spool motor and the smoothness of the spool operation. The jumping amount of the storage spool is ≤0.02mm.
10. Configuration of safety protection measures: includes automatic ejection of the handle, thread break protection, and left-right limit protection for the bobbin stop.
