I. Scope of Application
LSMF series waterproof busbars are suitable for power distribution systems with rated voltages below 750V, rated working currents ranging from 250A to 7500A, and frequencies of 50-60Hz.
Section II: Structural Performance
1. Utilizing a reasonable "sandwich" phase winding compactly overlaid design, the busbar channel has a more compact shape and smaller volume, and it enhances the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system, offering the advantages of low impedance and reduced voltage.
2. The shell is made by injection molding with unsaturated polyester resin and inorganic materials such as asbestos, with light stabilizers and flame retardants added to the resin. It can also be equipped with a metallic armored shell, which enhances the shock resistance and service life of the busbar system.
3. Utilize a specialized "Y"-shaped waterproof connector for reliable and easy connection.

Section 3: Insulation Configuration
The LSMF series waterproof busway insulating medium primarily utilizes insulating material polyimide (commonly known as the "Golden Tape" in the electrical industry, an advanced insulating material with good high-temperature resistance and dielectric properties, dielectric strength ≥ 22000V), with an insulation grade of H and an insulating aging life of over 50 years, making it a high-performance product among current practical insulating materials.
IV. Main Technical Parameters
1. IP67 rated for protection against wave impact and long-term submersion, suitable for outdoor, underwater, and corrosive gas environments; once properly installed, the busway requires no maintenance.
2. The busbar system can withstand a working frequency withstand voltage of 3750V, with no puncturing or arcing phenomena for 1 minute.
3. The busbar system, when operating under continuous rated current, maintains a temperature rise of no more than 60K at the connection terminals, 30K on the metal housing, and 40K on the surface of the insulation components within the槽.
