Air-filled sealing rings are primarily used for gaps between sealing doors and hatches in large machinery and equipment. Due to the influence of processing and assembly precision, or environmental temperature changes causing thermal expansion and contraction deformation, the gaps that require sealing can vary, or they are variable. The range of variation is generally over 3-5mm, and sometimes even exceeds 10mm. Standard sealing strips are difficult to achieve ideal sealing effects. In such cases, a sealing product that can change with the sealing gap is required. The air-filled sealing ring is a new technology developed to meet this need.

The working principle of inflatable sealing rings
The expandable portion of the natural-inflated seal ring retracts into a concave groove. Upon inflation through the intake and exhaust ports, the seal ring bladder deforms under internal pressure, with the concave center portion bulging outward to tightly contact another sealing surface, thereby achieving sealing. To release the sealing state, air is then expelled through the intake and exhaust ports, causing the expanded portion of the seal ring to automatically retract back into the groove (to its natural state), detaching from the sealing surface.
Qingtu Rubber, since its establishment, has consistently adhered to the policy of high standards and strict requirements, focusing from raw materials to production processes and product inspections to ensure the continuous stability of the quality of inflatable seals. Because of our focus, we are professional!
