The LCM Long Bag Offline Pulse Dust Collector absorbs advanced international technology, integrating the advantages of room-by-room backblowing and pulse-jet cleaning techniques to develop a large-scale, high-efficiency dust removal equipment suitable for operating conditions of 120-160°C. The LCM-D series Long Bag Offline Pulse Dust Collector utilizes an international offline three (filtering, cleaning, static) cleaning mechanism, ensuring better cleaning performance. The standard design features a 6-meter long bag cage, with a烟气 handling capacity of up to 40000-1332000 m³/h. If the user's site is limited, an additional 1-2 meters can be added. Additionally, it is specially designed with a high-capacity pulse valve air storage bag, capable of meeting high-temperature and high-pressure, low-temperature and low-pressure operating conditions. It is suitable for dust treatment in various industries such as steelmaking blast furnace coal injection preparation plants, building materials, power, chemicals, boilers, asphalt concrete mixing, etc.
Product Features
1. This dust collector utilizes a segmented room stop wind pulse jet cleaning technology, overcoming the drawbacks of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented reverse jet dust collectors. It boasts strong cleaning power, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy and steel consumption, minimal land area requirement, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. It is suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemicals, power, and light industry.
2. By utilizing a segmented room pulse-jet cleaning method, a single jetting cycle is sufficient for cleaning, thereby extending the cleaning cycle and reducing the energy consumption for cleaning. This also significantly lowers the air consumption. Additionally, the fatigue level of the filter bags and pulse valves is correspondingly reduced, which multiplies the lifespan of both the bags and the valve blades.
3. Bag replacement and maintenance can be carried out in individual compartments under normal system operation without interrupting the system fans. The filter bag mouth features an elastic expanding ring for good sealing performance and reliability. The filter bag frame is designed in a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the frame, extending the bag's lifespan, and facilitating bag removal.
4. Utilizing an upper bag removal method, after removing the frame, the soiled bag is dropped into the lower ash bin of the box. It is then retrieved through the manhole, improving the conditions for bag replacement.
5. The case is designed with airtightness, ensuring good sealing. The inspection door is made with superior sealing materials, and leakage is checked during the manufacturing process with kerosene, resulting in a very low wind leakage rate.
6. The inlet and outlet ducts are compactly arranged with minimal air flow resistance.
