Electrostatic Baghouse Dust Collector

Product Description
The electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a novel and efficient dust removal unit that combines the static precipitator and bag filter in an organic manner. The preliminary electrostatic removal, under high voltage electric field, utilizes the ionization of the gas, where dust particles (with an entry humidity ≤10%) acquire ions and become charged, then move towards the opposite polarity electrode under the action of the electric field, thus being captured. Due to the good conditioning of flue gas (factors such as temperature, pressure, humidity), the preliminary electrostatic removal can effectively remove over 80% of the dust. Added to the ESP's advantage in operating resistance over various dust removal units, the electrostatic-bag composite dust remover offers technical complementarity. Firstly, the electrostatic removal is set up first, which can capture a large amount of dust, settle the "red star" particles unextinguished in high-temperature flue gas, and buffer the even airflow. The bag filter is then串联 behind, collecting a small amount of fine dust, strictly controlling emissions. Moreover, if a failure occurs in either dust collection area, the other area still maintains a certain dust collection effect, demonstrating strong mutual compensation capabilities.
