The HMC single machine pulse bag dust collector utilizes a pulse jet cleaning method, featuring excellent dust removal, high purification efficiency, large air volume handling, long filter bag lifespan, minimal maintenance workload, and reliable operation.
A single-machine pulse bag dust collector is an individual dust removal equipment with an automatic ash cleaning structure. This type of bag dust collector is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises such as cement, mineral powder, mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and grain processing.
HMC Single Machine Pulse Bag Filter Dust Collector Structure
1. Top box: Includes a removable lid (or a fixed lid) and an air outlet.
2. Medium Box Body: Includes porous panels, inspection doors, filter bags, ribs, and Venturi tubes, etc.
3. Lower housing: Includes pressure gauge fittings, etc.
4. Blowing System: Includes pulse controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, blowing tube, and gas bag working principle
The dust collector operates as follows: Dust-laden gas enters the filter chamber through the ash hopper (or an open-bottom flange). Coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper or ash storage. The dust-laden gas is then filtered through the filter bags, with the dust particles being retained on the bag surface. The clean gas exits through the bag mouth into the clean gas chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the dust on the surface of the filter bags accumulates and increases the equipment's resistance to the set value, a timer relay (or a differential pressure controller) sends a signal, initiating the programmable controller to sequentially open solenoid valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to expand suddenly. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust adhered to the bag surface is quickly dislodged and falls into the ash hopper (or ash storage). The dust is then discharged through the ash discharge valve. After all filter bags have been cleaned by blowing, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
