Product Features

1. This equipment uses a pulse backblowing dust removal method, which is currently one of the best dust removal solutions in China. The upper housing of the equipment is divided into eighteen separate compartments that are not interconnected, and it is connected to a long Venturi tube. It achieves dust removal through programmable pulse control. The structure eliminates the small Venturi tubes at the top of the spray pipes and filter bags, making it simple in design and easy to operate and maintain.

2. Compared to other dust collectors in China, this equipment features high air volume handling and low system resistance, with a wide range of applications. (Used for purification and recovery treatment of mixed gases with dust concentration <60g/m3 at normal and high temperatures.) 3. The plate edges between the upper and middle boxes are pressed into a certain conical hole, creating a smooth surface contact with the filter bags, ensuring good sealing and reducing wear at the hole edges and filter bags.
