Sedimentation-type filter cartridge dust collector
Also known as slant-insert filter cartridge dust collectors or magazine-type filter cartridge dust collectors. These use filter cartridges as the core filtering unit, and employ electromagnetic pulse valves to control the opening and closing of compressed air jets for dust cleaning operations.
Dust removal is a physical interception process. Simply put, it's like a sieve; dust particles larger than the sieve holes are intercepted, while those smaller than the sieve holes can pass through. Therefore, the finer the sieve holes, the higher the dust interception efficiency. Different emission concentration requirements call for the selection of filter materials with different hole sizes.
Equipment Features:
(1) Due to the filter material being folded into a tube for use, it allows for a high filter material density arrangement, resulting in a compact and small dust collector structure.
(2) Compared to filter cartridges of the same space occupation, one filter cartridge has a larger filtration area than the combined area of ten fabric bags.
(3) Filter element height is small, easy to install, with minimal workload for use and maintenance.
(4) Modular design with interlocking assembly for easy and quick installation, suitable for various on-site limited spaces.
(5) The structure is made of heavy-duty carbon steel and features a surface treated with heat-cured powder coating, offering excellent strength and durability.
(6) Meets the air quality requirements for factories set by the Chinese mainland GB standards and the OSHA standards in Europe and America.
(7) Standard independent modules with a flow capacity of 2000-10000 m3/h are available.
(8) Automatically clears dust and recycles it using a compressed air pulse-jet filter element.
(9) The atomizing nozzles utilize Venturi tubes to draw in more air with less energy, enhancing the cleaning effect of the reverse pulse and thereby reducing pressure drop.
