The pumpless water curtain paint spray booth is a high-performance paint mist purification equipment developed based on the absorption of advanced paint spray booth equipment from home and abroad. The spray system without a pump directly utilizes the suction force of the exhaust fan to lift water from the water tank to a certain height, thereby forming a circulating water curtain. It is a technologically advanced paint mist purification treatment equipment. Used for treating organic waste gases and paint mist emissions from paint spraying.
The pumpless water curtain paint spray booth intercepts the paint mist-laden air for the first time after passing through the front water curtain. It then enters the "boiling mixing channel." As the air current sweeps over the water surface below the channel, the high speed lifts the water into the channel. Upon reaching the upper part of the channel, where the velocity decreases, some of the lifted water falls back due to gravity, colliding with the water that continues to be lifted, creating a boiling effect. The water droplets, in their boiling state, mix thoroughly with the air current, ensuring that particles are completely washed into the water, achieving the goal of purifying the paint mist particles. A portion of the water is lifted along with the air current and directed into a gas collection box. After passing through a分流格栅, the air and water are separated; the purified air is then exhausted outdoors by a fan. The separated water collects at the bottom of the gas collection box, flows into an overflow trough, and overflows onto the water curtain panel to form a circulating water curtain, effectively removing paint mist particles from the air, providing operators with a clean working environment.
