Zero-discharge environmental protection automatic sandblasting room system meets the strict environmental requirements of zero dust emissions in the atmosphere. It also features less dust during sandblasting operations inside the room, lighting brightness over 400 lux, and good labor protection, providing an optimal working environment for sandblasting. The environmental protection sandblasting room system is configured with: steel structure + sandwich color steel plate sandblasting room body, the inner layer of the sandblasting room is 3mm steel plate coated with high-wear-resistant rubber plates, and equipped with two sets of folding sliding doors; the sandblasting machine is an ACME-4W-2A type single-chamber pressure-holding electric control double-gun sandblasting machine; the abrasive recovery and sorting system is a local pit horizontal belt conveyor, vertical bucket elevator, and a rotating ball dust separator; the dust removal system uses a KLT4-36 filter cartridge dust collector; the workpiece conveying mechanism is a track trolley and a rotating turntable, and the electrical control system uses electrical components from brands like Schneider, Siemens, etc.
