Mobile spray booth equipment is a practical and health-conscious product designed to address the difficulty of transporting larger workpieces. The spray area can be adjusted arbitrarily based on production volume, optimizing the use of production space and operational areas.
Operating Principle and Process:
The mobile paint booth antechamber is constructed with a steel frame structure, allowing for forward and backward telescopic movement. The sliding connection mechanism between frames, driven by the actuator, enables the frames to move uniformly and parallelly along the track to a closed position. The workpiece is then moved into the working area, and the telescopic antechamber is extended for painting or sanding. After completion, the telescopic antechamber is closed, and the workpiece is removed from the working area, completing the process. When not painting, the telescopic mobile paint booth can be closed to save space as a mobile area, addressing the shortage of production space.
Product Introduction: The combination of a mobile paint booth and a pumpless water curtain paint booth addresses the difficulty of moving heavy workpieces during painting. The mobile paint prep area overcomes this issue. During operation, the mobile prep area is retracted, and the heavy workpiece is transported to the painting area using a crane. Afterward, the prep area is extended to cover the workpiece, allowing for painting. Post-painting, the prep area is retracted again, and the crane separates the workpiece without affecting its operation, significantly simplifying the process of continuously moving large, heavy workpieces back and forth within the workshop. Additionally, certain transport vehicles can be extended to any length and can be custom-made to non-standard dimensions according to the client's specific production needs.

This equipment can be moved off the track from its original position, allowing the vehicle to clear large workpieces. While new workpieces are being placed, painting can continue at this new position. After completion, it returns to the original position to continue painting the newly placed workpieces. It is equipped with a lighting system and can filter paint mist, exhausting purified air outside the workshop.
