An adjustable spray booth is a new type of portable spray booth that, in addition to the traditional features of an enclosed, ventilated, and dust removal system, can be expanded or contracted to adjust the size of the painting space. This effectively saves painting time and is particularly suitable for use in areas requiring crane transportation.

Due to the characteristics of the expandable mobile spray booth, it can form an effective enclosed working environment when deployed, and can also open up the work area when retracted, making it suitable for various forms of transportation and tight spaces. It can also serve as a location for other operations, such as storage and sanding.

Structure and Function

The expandable paint booth is composed of an expandable booth body and a water curtain paint cabinet. The expandable booth body extends to 8 meters in length and retracts to only 1.5 meters. The roof is equipped with 8 explosion-proof lights, providing good lighting. The paint booth is recommended to be operated manually (indicate if electric drive is required).

A water curtain paint booth is installed at one end of the painting room. The paint mist generated from painting is purified through the water curtain or discharged to the exterior of the workshop. The mist is filtered by water or returned to the pool, and is cleared regularly.
