OneLu Express Logistics Company is composed of the following three major parts:
A youthful and modern management team
1. Business Department: Responsible for promoting the actual business scope of our company, never exaggerating the facts, and for customer communication.
2. Management Department: Responsible for coordinating vehicle scheduling with the Business Department, and managing driver records, ensuring strict vehicle inspections to eliminate any over-aged, faulty, or incomplete documentation vehicles. Supervise driver discipline, rewarding the good and penalizing the bad.
3. Service Tracking Department: Responsible for daily reporting to clients on each consignment's location, on-road conditions, expected arrival time, and return receipt signing.
Section 2: Pragmatic and Responsible Loading and Unloading Team
Responsible for cargo sorting and classification: Separate products into categories such as electronic goods, furniture and home appliances, machinery and equipment, food and daily necessities, and building materials, ensuring they are loaded onto vehicles without mixing. Maintain the integrity of the packaging upon delivery to the customer, aiming for zero damage rate.
2. Packaging Department: Comprised of professional carpenters, we customize packaging solutions to fit the specific product needs and use high-quality materials exclusively.
3. Inspector: Adhering to the principle that loving goods is akin to respecting guests, rigorously inspect all incorrect loading procedures and rain protection measures prior to the vehicle's departure.
Section 3: Experienced Driver Team
Our drivers have years of driving experience, are familiar with the road conditions, provide excellent customer-oriented service. Their mobile phones are kept on 24/7 for timely feedback to both customers and the company regarding their driving status.
2. Our fleet consists of vehicles ranging from 5 to 80 tons, with lengths from 5 to 17 meters. We utilize local routes for local vehicles, ensuring full highway travel, safety, and speed.
