Automated assembly line operation
Tote care and maintenance注意事项
Section outlines the necessary precautions to ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets during actual operation. Strictly prohibits unauthorized operation. It is hoped that the user will operate and use them correctly according to the following requirements:
Plastic pallets should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent plastic aging and extend their service life.
b. Absolutely no throwing goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoid concentration stacking, and prevent off-center stacking.
c. Absolutely no dropping plastic pallets from heights or throwing them from low to high, to prevent breakage or cracking due to violent impacts.
d. During the use of forklifts and hydraulic trucks with pallets, the distance between the forks should be widened as much as possible to the outer edge of the pallet's fork entry. The fork insertion depth should be more than 2/3 of the entire pallet depth. In actual operation, maintain a consistent speed for advancing, retreating, and lifting/lowering to avoid sudden stops or turns that could damage the pallet or cause goods to topple. Avoid impacting the side of the pallet with the forks to prevent cracking or breaking the pallet.
e. When stacking goods on a pallet, ensure even placement to distribute the load evenly across the bottom of the pallet, thereby preventing excessive deformation and potential cracking. When placing the pallet on the shelf, maintain a level position on the shelf beam, with the pallet length exceeding the outer diameter of the beam by at least 50mm.
2. Pallet storage environment and usage conditions
Users must comply with laws and regulations related to safe production and ensure product quality. Unauthorized operation is strictly prohibited during actual operation. To ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets, it is requested that plastic pallets be stored and used correctly according to the following requirements:
1. Plastic pallets should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life.
2. Absolutely no dropping goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoiding concentrated stacking or eccentric placement.
3. Absolutely no dropping plastic pallets from heights or throwing them from low to high, to prevent breakage or cracking due to violent impacts.
4. Use steel pipe plastic pallets in a dry environment.
