Tote usage and maintenance precautions
The section outlines the necessary precautions to ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets during actual operation. Strictly prohibit any unauthorized operations. It is hoped that the user will properly operate and use the pallets according to the following requirements:
Plastic pallets should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life.
b. Absolutely prohibit throwing goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoid concentrating them or stacking off-center.
c. Absolutely no dropping plastic pallets from heights or throwing them from low to high, to prevent breakage or cracking due to severe impacts.
d. During the use of forklifts and hydraulic trucks with pallets, the distance between the fork tines should be widened as much as possible to beyond the edge of the pallet's fork entrance. The insertion depth of the fork should be more than 2/3 of the entire pallet depth. In actual operation, maintain a steady speed for forward and backward movement as well as up and down, avoiding abrupt stops or turns that could damage the pallet or cause goods to topple. Do not let the fork tines collide with the sides of the pallet to prevent breaking or cracking.
e. When stacking on a pallet, ensure the goods are placed flat to distribute the load evenly across the bottom of the pallet, preventing excessive deformation and potential cracking. When placing the pallet on the shelf, the pallet should be placed evenly on the shelf beam, with the length of the pallet being at least 50mm longer than the outer diameter of the shelf beam.
2. Pallet storage environment and usage conditions
Users must comply with laws and regulations related to safe production to ensure product quality. Unauthorized operations are strictly prohibited during actual operation. To ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets, it is requested that plastic pallets be stored and used correctly according to the following requirements:
1. Plastic pallets should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life.
2. Absolutely no throwing goods from heights onto plastic trays. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the trays. Place goods evenly, avoiding concentrated stacking or off-center stacking.
3. Absolutely no dropping plastic pallets from high elevations or throwing them from low to high, to prevent breakage or cracking due to severe impacts.
4. Use steel pipe plastic trays in a dry environment.
