The section outlines the necessary precautions to ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets during operational procedures. Strictly prohibit any unauthorized operations. It is hoped that the user will properly operate and use the product according to the following requirements:

Plastic pallets should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent plastic aging and extend their service life.

b. Absolutely no dropping goods from heights onto plastic trays. Determine the stacking method of goods on trays rationally. Place goods evenly, avoid piling them up in one spot, or unevenly.

c. Strictly prohibit dropping plastic pallets from heights or throwing them upwards from low levels to avoid breaking or cracking due to violent impacts.

d. During the use of forklifts and hydraulic trucks with pallets, the distance between the forks should be widened as much as possible to the outer edge of the pallet's entry slot. The insertion depth of the forks should be more than 2/3 of the entire pallet depth. In actual operation, maintain a steady speed for both forward and backward movements, as well as lifting and lowering, to avoid sudden stops or turns that could damage the pallet or cause goods to topple. Do not allow the forks to strike the side of the pallet to prevent cracking or breaking.

e. When stacking goods on a pallet, ensure the arrangement is level to evenly distribute the load on the bottom of the pallet, thereby preventing excessive deformation and potential cracking of the pallet. When placing the pallet on the shelf, maintain a stable position on the shelf beam, with the length of the pallet being at least 50mm longer than the outer diameter of the shelf beam.

2. Pallet storage environment and usage conditions

Users must comply with laws and regulations related to safe production to ensure product quality. Unauthorized operations are strictly prohibited during actual operation. To ensure long-term and safe use of plastic pallets, it is requested to store and use plastic pallets according to the following requirements:

1. Plastic pallets should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent aging and extend their service life.

2. Absolutely prohibit throwing goods from a height onto plastic pallets. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the pallet. Place the goods evenly, avoiding concentrated stacking or eccentric placement.

3. Strictly prohibited from dropping plastic pallets from a height or throwing them from low to high, to avoid damage or cracking due to severe impact.

4. Steel pipe plastic trays should be used in a dry environment.
