Precious metals such as platinum, gold, silver, platinum rhodium, and platinum yellow series analytical crucibles, utensils, wires, strips, etc., come with a 1-year exchange and refund warranty from the date of product shipment.

In cases where the product does not have manufacturing defects or substandard materials from our company, the following services are available:
Due to customer's own product design or drawing errors resulting in the product being unusable, our company will provide customers with cost-effective processing upgrade and transformation services.
Fine metalware items, such as platinum crucibles and platinum dishes, with slight deformation will be provided with free reshaping services; for severe deformation that renders them unusable, we offer cost-effective remelting and processing services.
