Non-ferrous metals such as nickel-chromium alloys, aluminum-chromium iron alloys, copper-nickel alloys, and pure nickel products are covered by a 1-year exchange and return service policy from the date of product shipment.
Precious metals such as platinum, gold, silver, platinum rhodium, and platinum yellow series, including analytical crucibles, vessels, wire, strips, etc., are covered by a 1-year exchange and return warranty from the date of shipment.

In cases where the product does not have manufacturing defects or does not meet the material standards, the following services are available:
Due to customer's own product design or drawing errors leading to the product being unusable, our company will provide cost-effective processing upgrade and transformation services to the customer.
For gold and silverware items such as platinum crucibles and platinum dishes that exhibit slight deformation, our company will offer free reshaping services. In case of severe deformation rendering the item unusable, we will provide cost-effective remelting and processing services.
