Working Principle:

The KAP planetary mixer typically includes two agitators, which rotate on their respective axes while also rotating around the mixing container on a common axis. The agitators continuously move along the perimeter of the container, removing materials from the walls and transporting them to the interior. After one revolution, the agitators have traversed the entire container. After three revolutions, most of the material is mixed. It takes just 36 revolutions for the agitators to nearly contact all the batch's material, thus creating a uniform hunhewu. When one container is moved away for remote unloading and cleaning, another is pushed into place to immediately begin the next production batch. Compared to traditional Z-type kneading mixers, this method significantly shortens the mixing time.
