Mixers are suitable for homogenizing mixable liquids, as well as dissolving, dispersing, and blending gases and solid particles within liquids. Adjusting temperature or concentration differences will enhance the efficiency of the mixing process. Moreover, liquid mixing can accelerate the dissolution process and increase the rate of chemical reactions.
Blending is applied in all aspects of the food industry and biotechnology.
The KVRB vertical high-performance mixer features a very simple structure, consisting of a main shaft and a sine wave spiral conveyor. Its aerodynamic design reduces friction and enhances vertical lifting force during operation. As the spiral conveyor rotates, it rapidly moves materials within the drum in multi-dimensional motion. On one hand, the conveyor pushes materials from the bottom to the top, and under gravity, they fall back to the center, creating a macroscopic convection. On the other hand, the special spiral design ensures that material particles have different linear velocities at different positions, forming microscopic turbulence. The macroscopic convection and microscopic turbulence create a complex flow field throughout the container, enabling rapid exchange of material particles and heat, achieving a quick and uniform mixing effect. High-speed knives are installed on the side of the drum, which can both break down agglomerates and accelerate the strong mixing process required for the addition of liquids. Working in conjunction with the stirrer, the knives can remove lumps from the product, chop paste-like adhesives, and prevent caking during the moisture retention process of powdery substances, resulting in excellent mixing results.
