Fluoroplastic is molded, machined, or cut into various shapes and processed into components with different properties. It boasts a wide temperature range, excellent flame retardancy and insulation, low water absorption rate, and a low coefficient of friction. It is resistant to corrosion (excluding molten alkali metals and under high temperature and high pressure conditions), and has anti-aging properties. Modified PTFE gaskets with fillers can increase hardness, reduce friction, extend service life, and expand the temperature and environmental application range. They are widely used in industries such as electrical, automotive, compressors, instruments, mechanical seals, petrochemical, chemical, textile, dyeing and printing, electroplating, metallurgy, aviation, ceramics, and bridges.
