Overview

The edge girder series of workpieces is mainly used for completing annular or straight seam welding on cylindrical workpieces, featuring small land occupation and easy hoisting. Generally, it requires coordination with turntables, workpiece supports, fixtures, or roller stands. It is not recommended to use this equipment for suspended workpieces with wall thickness less than 2mm. Common welding processes include MIG/MAG or PAW, suitable for longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of stainless steel pipes, containers, and other vessels.
