Kangshang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a professional construction company specializing in the treatment of soft foundation with methods like dynamic compaction and dynamic compaction replacement. The company owns over 30 sets of new hydraulic dynamic compaction equipment, capable of handling projects ranging from 1000 kn.m to 20,000 kn.m. Our services are available nationwide, with thousands of successful construction cases. Our management and technical team are among the earliest builders in the field domestically. After years of exploration and practice, we have gained high recognition and a good reputation in the industry, earning praise and recognition from numerous clients, and have gradually developed into a professional foundation construction brand with strong equipment, technical, and management capabilities!
The main advantages of the dynamic compaction method include: wide applicability, significant reinforcement effects, large effective reinforcement depth, simple construction equipment, material and cost savings, and environmental friendliness.
(1) Scope of Application: Compaction method can be used for reinforcing various types of sandy loams, silty loams, general clayey soils, loess, artificial fills, especially suitable for reinforcing large aggregate soils that are difficult to reinforce by general methods, as well as mixed fills composed of shallow, domestic waste, or industrial waste. The replacement method can also be used for reinforcing soft clay foundations.
(2) Significant Reinforcement Effect: After the foundation is treated with dynamic compaction, it can significantly enhance the shear strength and bearing capacity of the soil, and reduce its compressibility.
(3) Construction equipment is simple: The main equipment for dynamic compaction is crawler cranes. Substitute dynamic compaction equipment can be used with龙门架(kwoon gai) and other facilities when necessary to enhance lifting capacity and stability.
(4) Material Savings: Compared to other ground treatment methods, the dynamic compaction method does not require steel, cement, and other construction materials, which can significantly reduce the consumption of construction materials.
(5) Cost Savings: The dynamic compaction method is cost-effective compared to commonly used foundation treatment techniques, being only 1/6 the cost of CFG piles, 1/10 the cost of mixing piles, and 1/2 the cost of lime-soil piles.
(6) Eco-Friendly: The dynamic compaction method of construction does not consume steel, cement, and other high-energy-consuming building materials, and it will not pollute the surrounding environment.
The main drawback of the dynamic compaction method is that it generates significant vibration and noise during construction, which can affect the surrounding buildings, structures, and environment.
The dynamic compaction method is suitable for treating foundations such as crushed soil, sandy soil, low-saturation silt loam and clay, collapsible loess, plain fill, and mixed fill. After treatment, the foundation soil's strength is enhanced and its compressibility reduced, while also improving its resistance to vibration-induced liquefaction. Therefore, dynamic compaction is often used to address foundations prone to liquefaction, such as those made of liquefiable sandy soil.
The dynamic compaction method is simple to operate, suitable for a wide range of soil types, and provides significant reinforcement effects. It can achieve higher bearing capacity, typically increasing the ground strength by 2 to 5 times; reduces deformation settlement by 2 to 10 times; has tightly bonded soil particles with high structural strength; is highly efficient with rapid construction speed, cutting the construction period in half compared to soil replacement and backfilling; saves reinforcement materials; has low construction costs, reducing investment; saves 60% of costs compared to soil replacement and backfilling; reduces investment by 50% to 70% compared to precast pile reinforcement; and by 40% to 50% compared to sand piles.
