Kangshang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a professional contractor specializing in deep compaction and deep compaction replacement for soft foundation treatment. The company owns over 30 sets of new hydraulic deep compaction equipment and is capable of handling deep compaction and replacement projects ranging from 1000 kN·m to 20,000 kN·m. Our services are nationwide, with more than a thousand successful construction projects. Our management and technical team are among the early builders in this field in China. After years of exploration and practice, we have gained a high reputation and favorable reviews within the industry, earning the appreciation and recognition of our clients. We have gradually developed into a brand company with strong equipment, technical, and management capabilities in foundation construction!
The main advantages of the dynamic compaction method include: wide application range, significant reinforcement effect, large effective reinforcement depth, simple construction equipment, material and cost savings, and environmental friendliness.
(1) Application Scope: Compaction method can be used for reinforcing various sandy soils, silt, general clay, loess, and artificial fill. It is particularly suitable for reinforcing large aggregates of soil that are difficult to reinforce by general methods, as well as for reinforcing mixed fill composed of shallow, domestic waste, or industrial waste. The displacement method can also be used for reinforcing soft soil foundations.
(2)显著Enhanced Reinforcement: After undergoing deep compaction treatment, the foundation soil's shear strength and bearing capacity are significantly improved, and its compressibility is reduced.
(3) Construction Equipment Simplicity: The main equipment for dynamic compaction is crawler cranes. Substitute dynamic compaction equipment, if needed, can be supplemented with gantry cranes and other facilities to enhance lifting capacity and stability.
(4) Material Savings: Compared to other ground treatment methods, the dynamic compaction method does not require steel, cement, and other construction materials, which can significantly reduce the consumption of construction materials.
(5) Cost Savings: The dynamic compaction method is cost-effective compared to commonly used ground treatment technologies, being only 1/6 the cost of CFG piles, 1/1 the cost of mixed piles, and 1/2 the cost of lime-soil piles.
(6) Eco-Friendly: The dynamic compaction method does not consume materials like steel and cement, which are high-energy-consuming, and it does not pollute the surrounding environment.
The main drawback of the dynamic compaction method is that it generates significant vibration and noise during construction, which can affect the surrounding buildings, structures, and environment.
Compaction method is suitable for treating foundation soils such as gravelly soils, sandy soils, low-saturation silt loams and clay, collapsible loess, unsorted fill, and mixed fills. After treatment, the foundation soil's strength is enhanced, its compressibility reduced, and its resistance to vibration-induced liquefaction improved. Therefore, the compaction method is also commonly used for treating liquefiable sandy soil foundations.
The dynamic compaction method is simple to operate, widely applicable to soil types, and provides significant reinforcement effects. It can achieve higher bearing capacity, typically increasing the ground strength by 2 to 5 times; it reduces settlement and compressibility by 2 to 10 times; soil particles are tightly bound, offering high structural strength; it is highly efficient with rapid construction speed, cutting the construction period in half compared to soil replacement and backfilling; it saves reinforcement materials; it has low construction costs, reduces investment, saving 60% of costs compared to soil replacement and backfilling, and 50% to 70% of investment compared to precast pile reinforcement, and 40% to 50% compared to sand piles.
