In the water supply and wastewater treatment process, various chemical reagents need to be added to achieve the treatment objectives. Therefore, advanced feeding systems and solution feeding equipment are an essential part of water treatment projects. All water treatment projects are designed with reagent dissolution equipment, which uses mechanical stirring or compressed air stirring to quickly dissolve solid reagents, and then they are added to the water body by dosing and metering equipment. Generally, there is no filtration equipment for the addition of reagents, and undissolved impurities are highly detrimental to the dosing and metering equipment, even causing blockages that can prevent normal operation.
The entire dosing system is complex, occupying a large area, with inaccurate dosing, resulting in poor economic operation of the treatment system and不便操作 management, particularly evident in small and medium-sized water treatment projects. II. Application Range of Ammonia Addition Equipment:
During water purification treatment, used for dissolving aluminum sulfate, alum, basic ammonium aluminum, ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride trichloride, and other coagulants for addition.

5. The ammonia addition unit can prepare and inject bleaching powder disinfectant during water disinfection. Therefore, the machine is not only used for adding coagulant and sedimentation in water treatment but also for disinfectant addition to water.
III. Key Features of Ammonia Addition Unit:
A filtration unit has been installed between the material agent room and the material liquid room, ensuring that the material liquid is filtered before entering the room. This removes the residue left after the material agent dissolves, eliminating the drawbacks of common feeding equipment that gets clogged by residue, and guarantees the normal operation of the entire material liquid feeding system.
2. Utilize the recirculating water flow from the pump to continuously leach the reagent until complete dissolution. After dissolution, the reagent solution can be added either via the pump pressure or, if conditions permit, by gravity.

Selecting an ammonia injection unit should meet the following conditions:
The concentration should not exceed 10%.
(2) Potable water temperature does not exceed 3°C.
(3) Sodium hydroxide should be added in several portions; do not add it all at once.
(4) Prior to adding sodium hydroxide, ensure the water is filled and the pump is turned on for continuous mixing.
