I. Overview of Baffle Door Products
The damper doors are produced by Lianyungang Huaneng Power Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd. with imported technology. They are used in the inlet and outlet flues or bypass flues of flue gas systems, as well as in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The desulfurization flue gas dampers typically feature a double-leaf shutter structure similar to a louver, with sealed air introduced between the double leaves to achieve a gas-tight seal, thus isolating and shutting off flue gas. They can be categorized by shape into square and circular single-axis double-leaf dampers; by drive mechanism into electric and pneumatic single-axis double-leaf dampers; by installation location into FGD inlet raw flue gas damper doors, FGD outlet clean flue gas damper doors, FGD bypass flue gas damper doors, FGD booster fan inlet damper doors, and FGD booster fan outlet damper doors, etc.; and by material into carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloy single-axis double-leaf dampers.

Section 2: Performance Features of Baffle Doors:
The desulfurization flue gas damper utilizes a single-axis-driven double-baffle door structure with double-leaf blades. A sealed chamber for introducing sealed air is designed between the double leaves, allowing sealed air at a pressure higher than that of the flue gas to be introduced into the damper, creating a sealed air isolation layer between the double baffles, thereby blocking the passage of the flue gas flow.
2. Flue gas desulfurization damper opening and closing time ≤ 60S (can be selected according to customer requirements).
3. The external design features a linkage mechanism for simultaneous opening or closing of multiple blades. The shaft seal is separate from the rolling bearing, allowing for easy adjustment and maintenance, with no bearing corrosion defects.
4. The double louvre exhaust smoke damper design has a reasonable structure, rigid blades, and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvre damper blades is elastic sealing or air sealing.
5. The desulfurization flue gas damper door offers various drive options: electric or pneumatic.
6. Air-sealed fans and door panels are controlled by a mechanical interlock mechanism, ensuring safety and reliability.

Section 3: Desulphurization Flue Gas Damper Structural Features:
The desulfurization flue gas damper mainly consists of several components, including the frame, blades, sealing strips, main shaft, bearings, shaft seal, crank linkage mechanism, actuator, and sealing air system (auxiliary system).
Huaheng's production frames are made by steel plate stamping or shaped steel welding, while the blades are formed by steel plate stamping and welding. Special elastic sealing structures are provided between the blades and between the blades and the frame. The blades are hollow cavity-shaped. When the blades are in the closed position, a mechanical seal barrier is formed first on the smoke duct cross-section. Then, sealed air at a pressure higher than the working medium pressure by a certain amount is introduced to create a high-pressure sealed air curtain, completely separating the front and back of the blades, ensuring 100% isolation effectiveness.
The Huaheng gate hinge is equipped with a special sealing structure and dedicated bearings. The special sealing structure ensures excellent sealing performance, no leakage, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The dedicated bearings feature automatic alignment and self-compensation functions.
